What if I’d like to order a single arrangement?  Do you offer that, and do you deliver like a traditional florist?

While we are not a traditional florist that delivers everyday arrangements, we are excited to offer an exclusive collection of singular pieces designed with an “art in bloom” approach. These unique arrangements go beyond the ordinary, featuring long-lasting blooms crafted to elevate any space. In addition to our exclusive floral arrangements, we are pleased to offer contemporary, upscale plant and container pairings as part of our collection. For delivery, we provide service within the Dublin zip code, and we can arrange for delivery via a third party beyond that area. Please note that same-day delivery is not available.

Each and every wedding we design is customized to fit the size, style, location, and personal taste of our clients, so packages are not necessarily a mainstream part of our business. However, to give you a sneak peak at some of our base pricing, we do offer three general wedding pricing options on our online shop. You can explore these options, and if you find a wedding “collection” that aligns with the scope of work you’re looking for, you can even book it directly through the website.

While our three online wedding collections provide a great starting point for consideration, they are not designed to be a one-size-fits-all solution and may limit customization options. These collections offer a quick glimpse into our pricing and typical offerings, but many of our weddings often exceed these packages at a more luxurious level. We pride ourselves on creating personalized floral designs tailored to your specific vision and needs, so we encourage you to reach out for a consultation to explore fully customized options that will truly reflect your style for your special day.

Do you have a minimum?

No, we do not have a minimum required. We consider every opportunity a blessing and welcome all inquiries, regardless of the size of the event. That said, we want to be transparent: we are not the cheapest option available. Our work is characterized by a high level of detail and artistry, utilizing the best floral techniques to ensure a successful and beautiful event. Do you offer full set-up, delivery, and tear-down?

Yes, we do! Most of our clients take advantage of our full-service offerings. When you book with Madison House Designs, we take care of the entire scope of work, including the delivery and set-up of all arrangements to ensure everything is perfectly in place. After the event, we also handle the tear-down, allowing you to enjoy your celebration without any hassle. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience from start to finish, so you can focus on making memories.

What venues do you deliver to and to what geographical areas?

Our primary service area is Central Ohio, where we frequently deliver to venues in downtown Columbus and the surrounding major suburbs. However, we are also happy to travel to more distant locations throughout Ohio to accommodate our clients’ needs. Whether it’s a local celebration or a wedding in a more remote area, you can count on us to provide exceptional service and stunning floral arrangements for your special day.

Do you handle travel and destination weddings?

We absolutely consider requests for travel and destination weddings! We believe there’s nothing better than bringing your trusted, local vendors along with you to create an amazing experience for your special day. Our established relationship with you ensures a level of understanding and quality that can make your destination wedding even more personal. Please inquire within so we can hear all about your destination wedding, no matter where your celebration takes you!

How soon should I book a consultation before my wedding date?

We recommend scheduling a consultation after you have officially selected your wedding date, booked your wedding venue, and begun to develop a vision for the aesthetic and color palette. Typically, this process is best done anywhere from 1 year to 4 months prior to your wedding date. This timeframe allows us to collaborate effectively and ensure that your floral arrangements perfectly align with your vision.

Do you offer event rentals?

Yes, we do offer rentals! Although our website doesn’t feature exact photos or a catalog of rental items, we invite you to come in for a consultation where you can explore our extensive rental inventory. Over the years, we have curated a selection that includes candles, vases, arches, columns, candelabras, and more. All rental items can be delivered and set up alongside your floral arrangements to ensure a seamless and elevated presentation for your event. Do you work with artificial flowers, and how does that affect the price?

Yes, we do work with artificial flowers! There are occasions when artificial blooms are the perfect choice for a project, such as using life-like white artificial hydrangeas on a hot summer day or artificial anemones when they're out of season. In these cases, we skillfully incorporate artificial flowers with fresh blooms to create stunning arrangements that are both cost-effective and sustainable, utilizing them as rental items.

While it may seem that using artificial flowers could reduce floral expenditures, it's important to note that the pricing of quality artificial arrangements often aligns closely with that of fresh flowers. This is due to the craftsmanship and high-quality materials involved in creating realistic artificial blooms. Some weddings are smaller, allowing us to take on additional work while maintaining our high standards. Rest assured, each and every wedding has our full priority, and we ensure that no customer takes a back seat to another. Your celebration is important to us, and we are committed to providing exceptional service for every event we handle.

Do you offer mock-up samples of wedding designs before the wedding?

While we understand the desire for mock-up samples, and we can accommodate this request, creating these samples can be quite costly, as it requires purchasing a significant amount of extra flowers. If we were to provide a mock-up, we would charge full price for all sample flowers, including entire bundles purchased of each item.

In lieu of high-priced mock-ups, we are committed to providing you with carefully selected inspiration imagery in our floral proposals. This allows us to give you a clear idea of what your floral designs will look like while ensuring they are tailored to your unique style and preferences.
