An Orchid-Forward Celebration at Jorgensen Farms | F&C

Event location: Jorgensen Farms, Oak Grove

This celebration explored the intersection of softness and structure, pairing the organic movement of pampas grass with the refined presence of orchids and a palette of metallic accents balanced by matte neutrals. The result was a setting that felt layered, textural, and thoughtfully composed—glamorous without excess.

The ceremony design embraced a natural, greenhouse-inspired approach within Jorgensen Farms’ Oak Grove, where pampas grasses and metallic-toned foliages were integrated to complement the light-filled architecture of the space. For the cocktail hour, a custom installation of dyed ombré baby’s breath introduced a subtle sense of movement and tonal depth along the bar backdrop, offering visual interest without overwhelming the room.

Orchids played a central role throughout the design, appearing as statement elements in both the bouquet and the reception florals. Tall centerpieces highlighted their sculptural quality alongside pampas grass, while lower, more delicate arrangements were used on select tables to maintain openness and balance across the space.

The celebration was captured by Cusano Photography, with pre-wedding portraits taken at the historic Hotel LeVeque, providing a complementary architectural counterpoint to the day’s softer, garden-forward elements.
