An Artistic March Wedding at Franklin Park Conservatory {Columbus Ohio Wedding Florist}

We are so blessed to have talent like this here in Columbus, Ohio! I'm always on the edge of my seat awaiting pictures after doing a wedding with Seth and Beth. The awesome thing is, they don't keep their clients waiting for weeks for things to be revealed. This wedding was on March 2nd, 2014, and we already have the images!

Thanks to our bride, we had a ton of creative freedom with this wedding, and I had an absolute blast putting together concepts to present to her as we were developing the overall look and style to be used. Going for a botanical look that was appropriate at the conservatory, yet having subtle and pastel spring tones that would stand out among all of the greenery present, we used unique plant varieties such as tillandsia, grevillea, helleborus, and blooming jasmine vine (found in both the bouquet and boutonniere), along with some locally greenhouse-grown accents like succulents, kalanchoe, and poppies, and commercially grown flowers including fringed tulips, ranunculus, quicksand roses, peonies, cymbidium and dendrobium orchids, calla lilies, scabiosa pods, dusty miller, silver brunia, and pussy willow.
