Statehouse Elegance for Erin and Gavin

From the birch chuppah with dramatic fabric treatment in the rotunda of The Ohio Statehouse to the 25' long lighted drapery backdrop in the reception space, that was just a fraction of the beauty that we had the pleasure of designing and installing for Erin and Gavin's elegant April wedding day. With photography by 222 Photography, day-of planning by Natasha of Aisle & Company,and a tremendous experience with the helpful security and event coordinating staff at The Ohio Statehouse, the event was full of beauty, smooth planning, and good memories.

Special details to look out for in this great collection of photos include the smilax vine installation that we did going down the staircase which the bride entered the rotunda from, the nice variety of centerpiece styles to keep the reception room interesting, and the unexpected way that the reception space was transformed as the sun set -- specifically the lighted fabric backdrop that went from light and airy in daylight to sparkly and celebratory as the night went on.
