Rachel and Doug's Intimate High Line Car House Wedding
This is one wedding I'll always remember simply because of the incredible kindness of our sweet newlyweds. After the wedding, we were blessed that our couple wrote not only two 5-star reviews for us on google and the knot, but also took the time to mail us a lovely hand written thank-you note. We also have have the talented and ever-professional, Jennifer Drew of Something to Remember Events to thank for collaborating with us, as well as the High Line Car House for always being so accommodating.
Here's a little bit of what our customer had to say: "Lynette and her team were incredible! She clearly understood our vision from the beginning and provided helpful suggestions based on the season and venue. We had a design in mind for our ceremony backdrop and Lynette foresaw the difficulties and helped us come up with a plan to achieve our vision. It turned out incredible! She was communicative and friendly, while always responding in a timely manner. On the day of, she and her team were there on time and worked efficiently to get everything done with no mishaps. Everything was beautiful and many guests complimented the ceremony backdrop and table centerpieces. We would recommend Madison House Designs to anyone looking for a florist for a wedding or any other event!" ~ Doug
When you choose a venue like the High Line Car House with its' brick walls and industrial touches, you'll charm your guests twice as much during the blustery winter months. Add romantic candlelight and deep, warm hues in your floral palette to the space, and it's the perfect opportunity to celebrate in style! Photos of deep red flowers and frosty greenery sprinkled over tables and woven throughout the room will show off those classic winter vibes for years to come.
We find that winter weddings are very special to design for because they’re suited for classically beautiful floral arrangements like the ones we selected for Rachel and Doug. With both the deep and delicate colors of Rachel’s bouquet contrasted against her white dress and the snow in the background, it made for incredibly romantic photos. Please check out this really insightful blog post on Together & Company's site sharing about the many great perks of choosing to have a beautiful winter wedding at their venues.
