Meet Our Talented Team

All great efforts cannot be attained without the help of an amazing team. At Madison House Designs, we absolutely love what we do and we have an incredible team that supports our process. Two of these people in particular keep our process moving smoothly and efficiently. Meet Lisa Gazette and Kaitlyn Nangle.

Lisa takes care of our customer relations and design. She handles all of our emails, inquires, questions, design quotes, and consultations. Lisa is fun, full of energy, patient, flexible, and full of creative design ideas to make each wedding unique to the bride she is working with. She meets with all of our brides for their consultation and works with them on all of their ideas and design elements. She works with every bride to make any necessary revisions to allow their vision to come to life.

Lisa is creative, has an incredible eye for design, and is eager to assist our brides. Having worked in the floral industry since 2000, she has gained exceptional skills and knowledge of the industry. Because of her extensive knowledge of flower types and styles, each wedding design has its own unique look and fits each bride's vision.

Lisa is an avid gardener and truly loves to take care of other people. She resides in Dublin with her husband and has a daughter who recently went off to college. Working one-on-one with Lisa is a joy, and she makes everyone she meets feel comfortable and excited about seeing their wedding come together.

Kaitlyn is the Head Designer in our workshop. She oversees the aesthetics and design concepts of each wedding. She works closely with Lynette and Lisa to understand what the bride is looking for and communicates this to the rest of our design team. Kaitlyn makes sure that the expectations for the style and color of each wedding are exactly what the bride has asked for.

She creates organization within each aspect of the design process from receiving flowers and making sure the quantity and color are correct, inventory of vases and supplies, setting up each designer with their daily projects, reviewing each completed item, creating checklists, and delivering weddings. Not only does she do all of this, but Kaitlyn is an incredible designer, making anything from a beautiful boutonniere to stunning bridal bouquets to magnificent floral sprays and everything in between.

You may have the opportunity to meet her while she is delivering flowers and setting up weddings. Kaitlyn will take all efforts to be sure our brides are happy with their flowers and setup on their special day

Kaitlyn started with Madison House in 2011 and worked through 2012. She then moved to Kentucky, but returned in 2015 to pursue her floral design career with Madison House. She has three beautiful children and lives in Marysville.

A major part of the success of Madison House Designs is through our amazing team and the ease in which we work together. Each person puts their heart into their work and we have fun doing it. We truly enjoy the work we do and love to see our brides light up when they see their flowers for the first time.
