The simple elegance of gerber daisies, hydrangea, and green hypericum made quite the impression in this summer affair. Hilary had a clear vision of what she wanted for her flowers, and allowed her bridesmaids the creative freedom to select their dresses independently, with the single criteria that they be green. The green colors of her wedding absolutely popped up against the large white gerber daisy bouquets. This was a perfect example that simple bouquets can be every bit as beautiful as fancy bouquets, in their own way.
This bride knew exactly what she wanted when selecting flowers and colors for her wedding! Hand-tied with green satin ribbon, Hilary’s bouquets were classy, simple, and perfectly reflective of her personality and style!

Green Hypericum, a special request of the bride |
It was a hot August day, and the wedding was held outdoors, so we took special precautions to keep these bouquets hydrated to last through this outdoor event. Hilary also ordered a back-up boutonniere for her husband-to-be, anticipating that his hydrangea florets would wilt quickly, which turned out to be a very good decision. Here’s a fun shot of the bridal party gettin’ down… How much fun can a girl have with a handful of gerbera daisies?
